Victorian Opposition Chief John Pesutto has been booed and heckled by his Liberal members as tensions flare over the choice to expel higher home MP Moira Deeming from the parliamentary get together.
Derision rose from the ground because the opposition chief took to the stage to present a speech on the Liberal Occasion’s state council in Bendigo on Saturday.

Liberal members carrying Deeming masks yelled “disgrace, disgrace” as dozens of others filed out of the room.
Those that walked out demanded Pesutto get replaced as get together chief over Deeming’s remedy.
Pesutto continued to handle members contained in the convention room, urging the get together to be disciplined and united. Some supporters gave Pesutto a standing ovation as he entered the room.
The assembly comes simply over every week after the parliamentary Liberals voted 19-11 to expel Deeming from their crew after she threatened to launch authorized proceedings to problem her nine-month suspension.

In March, Deeming accepted the suspension and misplaced her place as higher home whip after she attended an anti-transgender rights rally that was gatecrashed by neo-Nazis.
