A TYCOON being sued by a lad he blasted with a shotgun says he lived in concern of city explorers focusing on his property.

Tech millionaire Gary Steele, 63, insists it was accidentally he shot Tom Frearson, 16, who needs £3million damages.

Steele claims his Witley Property in Surrey was repeatedly visited by trespassers desirous to discover its historic follies.

His lawyer, Laura Johnson KC, mentioned: “The defendant and his accomplice felt unsafe of their house.”
