Smoke visible in Melbourne after vessel goes up in flames


VicEmergency issued an alert for a non-structure hearth within the bay at 12.41pm, a number of kilometres south of Williamstown and west of Brighton.

The Australian Border Power and Victoria Police had been contacted for remark.
