Roti Poha – First Timer Cook dinner

  • First tear roughly all of the left over roti.

  • Put all of them in a grinder jar and grind into small flakes. Don’t make a powder.

  • Switch to a plate and preserve apart.

  • Now warmth oil in a pan.

  • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and permit to crackle.

  • Add the inexperienced chilies, curry leaves and saute for few seconds.

  • Add peanuts together with finely chopped onion and fry until peanuts are brown.

  • Sprinkle turmeric powder, sambar powder, salt and blend effectively.

  • Then add the bottom roti flakes and blend once more.

  • Sprinkle some water and provides a fast combine.

  • Cowl the pan and permit to cook dinner for 1-2 minutes over low warmth.

  • After that, flip off the warmth.

  • Add the lemon juice and chopped corinader leaves.

  • Combine effectively until effectively mixed and serve sizzling with some masala tea !
