PM Modi reacts to Tamil Nadu minister Udhayanidhi Stalin’s “Sanatana Dharma” remark, says “needs proper response”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his first response to the Sanatana Dharma controversy, has stated the remarks of Tamil Nadu minister Udhayanidhi Stalin “wants correct response”.  His response got here a day after Udhayanidhi Stalin cited the Central authorities’s omission of an invitation to President Droupadi Murmu for the inauguration of the brand new parliament for instance of discrimination by practitioners of Sanatana dharma.

The minister, the son of Chief Minister MK Stalin, has refused to apologise for his remark that Sanatana Dharma is akin to a illness and “must be eradicated”.
