Partick Thistle and Ross County pay tribute to Adam Strachan who has died aged 35

Tributes have been paid to a proficient former Partick Thistle and Ross County participant who has died at 35 years outdated.

Midfielder Adam Strachan was simply 16 years outdated when he made his Partick debut in 2004 which noticed him named man of the match in opposition to Livingston.

Ross County stated: “Ross County are unhappy to study of the passing of former participant Adam Strachan. Adam spent two seasons in Dingwall making over 50 appearances. Our ideas are with Adam’s household, pals and family members at the moment “

Former East Kilbride teammate Sean Winter paid his respects on Twitter saying: “Can’t consider the information I’m listening to about Adam Strachan. Completely gutted at this. The man was severely misunderstood and the most effective gamers I ever performed with”.

Ex-Falkirk defender Thomas Scobbie remembered Strachan fondly saying: “Managed to have a couple of camps with Adam Strachan with the Scotland U19/21s.

“Man had large expertise however a fair greater, infectious character.
