  • To start making Coorg Koli Curry Recipe, marinate the hen in pink chilli powder and turmeric powder and let it sit within the fridge for half-hour minimal.

  • Take a  mixer jar and add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves ginger, garlic, inexperienced chillies and roasted poppy seeds. Grind all of them collectively, add some water to it.
