aul O’Grady might be laid to relaxation on Thursday with a non-public service that includes a guard of honour with canine from Battersea Canine & Cats Dwelling and an look from the Salvation Military Band.

O’Grady, who rose to fame as his platinum wig-wearing drag queen alter ego Lily Savage earlier than happening to host a string of tv programmes, died “unexpectedly however peacefully” at his dwelling on March 28 on the age of 67.
