St George Illawarra have sacked coach Anthony Griffin.

The Dragons issued a press release on Tuesday morning confirming the information.

“These selections are by no means taken frivolously and on behalf of the membership I wish to thank Anthony for all his onerous work throughout his time on the Dragons,” CEO Ryan Webb mentioned.

“Sadly our performances over the primary 10 video games of this season haven’t met the membership’s expectations so it was determined he ought to end up his duties this week.”
