SHARING a mattress leads to a foul evening’s sleep for one in 4 folks, a ballot has revealed.

Loud night breathing, tossing and turning, rest room breaks and dangerous goals are among the many high bugbears.

Kipping with a lover, youngster or pet saved 26 per cent awake at evening.

One in 5 ladies stated loud night breathing was the principle concern however only one in ten males have been disturbed.
