A witness uploaded footage of the moments after the alleged incident to TikTok on Saturday with the caption: ‘Man caught masturbating on Sydney prepare’.

The alleged incident is known to have occurred on a prepare travelling from Newcastle to Sydney’s Central Station within the metropolis, a couple of two hour journey.
NSW Police stated passengers allegedly noticed the person expose himself and commit a sexual act after boarding the prepare at about 10:20am on June 29.
‘Police have been notified and officers from Gosford Police Transport Command boarded the prepare and Gosford Railway Station,’ a spokesperson stated.
The 20-year-old man was arrested and brought to Woy Woy Police Station the place he was charged with wilful and obscene publicity in a public place and behaving in an offensive method in a public passenger automobile.
