BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 5. Azerbaijani military
serviceman Pyunkhan Agamirov died from a bullet wound acquired in
non-combat incident, Pattern stories by way of Basic Prosecutor’s Workplace of the
Republic of Azerbaijan.
A prison case beneath Article 120.1 (premeditated homicide) of the
Prison Code was opened within the Shamkir Army Prosecutor’s
Workplace upon the loss of life of a serviceman.
The investigation had affordable suspicions that the crime was
dedicated by Personal Kazimov Amil, who served in the identical army
unit because the deceased.
Kazimov Amil was detained as a suspect and dropped at the
investigation.
Investigative actions within the case are persevering with, Azerbaijani
Prosecutor Basic’s Workplace stated.
