In a weird media convention this afternoon, Scott Morrison insisted he was proper to tackle a number of ministries and never inform his colleagues about doing so, telling Australians they need to be pleased with how the pandemic was dealt with.
In an extended assertion to the media, Morrison devoted most of it to claiming that his dealing with of the pandemic was world-best and enormously profitable in saving lives and jobs — and that Australians commonly inform him how splendidly he dealt with it. His resolution to take a number of ministries in secret was, he stated, justified by the extraordinary circumstances of the pandemic, by which he “took selections he’d by no means dream of”.
“I would reasonably have this dialogue about what I did do than what I did not do,” Morrison stated.
