Matthew Guy, Mitch Catlin referred to IBAC by Victorian Electoral Commission

The Victorian Electoral Fee has referred its investigation into Matthew Man and Mitch Catlin to the Impartial Broad-based Anti-Corruption Fee for additional investigation.

Electoral Commissioner Warwick Gately stated the VEC has exhausted makes an attempt to completely examine what could have been a breach of Victoria’s funding and disclosure legal guidelines.

“We turned conscious of ideas Mr Catlin was alleged to have tried to avoid donation discloser legal guidelines,” Gately stated in a press release.

“It’s my accountability to make sure compliance with all electoral legal guidelines and guarantee all individuals are held to the identical customary.”
