Scott Boland continues to make himself tougher to drop after claiming an early wicket in India’s first innings as Australia continued to tighten their grip on the second day of the World Check Championship last.

Introduced into the assault after Mitchell Starc delivered two wayward overs for 14, Boland adopted his captain Pat Cummins with early success.

After Cummins eliminated Indian captain Rohit Sharma (15) leg earlier than wicket, Boland confused Shubman Gill (13) along with his pure off-cutter that seams again into the right-hander.
