Elon Musk on Saturday introduced that his firm would proceed to pay for Starlink satellite tv for pc web in war-torn Ukraine, a day after suggesting he can not maintain funding the challenge.
“The hell with it,” the world’s richest man wrote on Twitter. “Although Starlink remains to be shedding cash & different firms are getting billions of taxpayer $, we’ll simply maintain funding Ukraine govt at no cost.”

The discussions come as Musk has been embroiled in public spats with Ukrainian leaders who have been angered by his controversial proposals for de-escalating the battle, which included acknowledging Russian sovereignty over Crimea.
Starlink, a constellation of greater than 3,000 small satellites in low Earth orbit, has been important to Ukraine’s communications because it fights towards Russia’s invasion.
SpaceX has donated some 25,000 floor terminals to Ukraine, in response to an up to date determine given by Musk final week.
