Four 13-year-olds arrested in ‘despicable’ TTC swarming attack

4 younger teenagers have been arrested after two TTC workers had been assaulted on a Scarborough bus Monday afternoon in an assault described as a “despicable swarming.”

The incident occurred after 3 p.m. on a TTC bus close to Kennedy subway station, close to Kennedy and Merrian roads, when a bunch of 10 to fifteen youths assaulted the 2 uniformed workers.

Toronto police stated the bus operators had been about to make a driver change when the incident occurred.

The group of youths fled the scene earlier than cops arrived. The TTC employees sustained non-life threatening accidents.
